1. Booking and Reservations
By requesting a service through alqamarcleaning.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation from our elite coordination team.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that luxury schedules can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a standard cancellation fee.
3. Payments and Rates
All rates for our bespoke cleaning services are provided transparently before confirmation. Payments must be settled through our approved secure payment methods upon completion of the service or as agreed during booking.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are requested to secure any highly valuable personal items or fragile artifacts before our professional team arrives. Safe and unhindered access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
